- Price
- US dollars per project per month, no contract. Pay by KHQR in your dashboard (your plan switches on by itself), or by bank transfer with an invoice. Pay for 3 months and save 5%, or for 12 months and save 20%. Cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.
- Teammates
- Add anyone to your team groups, there is nothing to set up for each person. We count the people in them: 10 on Starter, 30 on Growth (for example three groups of 10) and 60 on Scale. If you go over, nothing is switched off: we tell your team once and talk to you.
- Team groups
- Each is its own Telegram group. Every customer's chat lives in one of them, new people go to the group with the fewest open chats, and your team can move a chat to another group. Each group sees only its own customers and gets its own daily recap.
- New chats and messages
- A new chat is a person who writes to your bot for the first time that month. Messages count in both directions: theirs and your replies.
- At the limit
- Your team is never switched off: we tell your team in its group at 70%, 90% and 100% of your new chats or messages, and talk to you before the next invoice.
- What AI means
- Everything the bot does by itself: answers from your documents, reminders drafted from a schedule, Ask DaloChat, translating chats, the notes it keeps on each person, and answers that use your own system's data. Fair use applies.
- Voice notes
- Kept in the chat and playable, from customers and your team. With AI they are also written down as text, so the bot and the notes on each person can use what was said.

Questions
Good to know
Do my customers need to install anything?
No. They message your bot in the Telegram app they already use, on their phone or computer. There's nothing to download and no account to make.
Does my team have to use the dashboard?
No. Your team can work entirely in your Telegram group: every customer has a topic, and whatever you write there goes to them. The dashboard adds the inbox, people, scheduled messages and settings for whoever wants them.
Will the bot make things up?
It answers from what you've taught it: your documents, your business details and answers your team has approved. When it can't answer, it tells the person a teammate will reply and flags the chat for your team, instead of guessing.
What about customers who write in another language?
People who write in Chinese, Vietnamese or Thai are translated both ways: your team reads English and replies in English, and they get the reply in their language.
Are our chats kept private?
Each project is kept apart: other projects and other businesses never see your chats. You can download your chats at any time.
Can I run several events or businesses?
Yes. One login can hold several projects, each with its own bot, team groups and settings. Growth includes five projects and Scale ten; ask us if you need more.
Our team is big. Can we split it into several groups?
Yes. On Growth a project can have up to 3 Telegram team groups, 30 people across them, for example three sales teams of ten. New customers are shared between the groups, each group sees only its own customers, and you can move a chat from one group to another.
What counts as AI?
Everything the bot does by itself: answering from your documents, drafting reminders from a schedule, Ask DaloChat, translating chats, and the notes it keeps on each person. Without AI, your team does the answering and the bot passes messages on.
What happens if we go over a limit?
We message your team group when you're close, and talk to you before the next invoice. Your team keeps working.
Can it connect to my own system, like a shop or a payments app?
Yes. Your system can send customers messages through your bot, tell DaloChat who someone is when they arrive from your sign-in page, and answer questions about their payments, orders or bookings. Your team can look a record up from the chat, and with AI the bot answers “where is my order?” from the live result, says where it came from, and hands over when it can't find it. Your developer follows the integration guide; it works for any system.
Can I see how fast we answer, and what we told customers?
Yes. Insights shows how fast new chats got a first answer, when people write against when your team replies, and how your team writes. With AI it also files what your team told customers (prices, dates, “full” or “available”) by topic over time and marks where it changed, so you can spot answers that went back and forth.
Is DaloChat part of Telegram?
No. DaloChat is an independent service that works with your own Telegram bot and group. It isn't affiliated with Telegram.
